In some instances, smaller rugs, pads, or accessories may arrive in separate packages. OVERSIZED ITEMS: These items maybe shipped via a trucking or LTL carrier. These carriers differ from the smaller parcel carriers as they typically offer curbside service. You will be responsible for getting the item into the home or office. For residential deliveries, you may be called ahead for a delivery appointment. These appointments usually are offered during the standard business week with a time span of a few hours. INSPECTING YOUR PACKAGE: Make sure you inspect your package before you sign for it. If you receive your product and the package shows any signs of damage. Please clearly write that on anything you sign and note it with the carrier. This helps to insure the carrier will be responsible for the damage if the damage extends into the product. ALASKA, PUERTO RICO, HAWAII AND CANADA: Please refer to the following chart for shipping fees. These fees will be added to your invoice and may not show up on your initial receipt.
